One Hour of Yoga Today
Don't know if I mentioned it before or not, but I recently bought a tape that my yoga instructor Bharati Amin sells. I decided to give it a go this afternoon. For a tape, it is actually quite good and will come in handy during the cold winter months when I don't feel like going to her class. Walking resumes in the a.m.

Saturday, October 6th ~ No Training
Richard and I spent Friday afternoon and Saturday at our friends ranch in Whitesboro. Didn't get a chance to walk, but I did get to meet the new miniature donkey. They already have one named Taco and I named the new arrival Bella. Seemed about righto me! And, they seem to fit right in with all the show horses that lived there too. Richard got to fish in the lake behind their house and Ruth Ann and I got to go shop the square in Gainesville. Wayne spent the day working unfortunately.
