No Training Today
Today was an official "rest day".... but I have to say that even after the 19 miles on Monday and 16 miles yesterday, I could easily have gotten out and walked today. Nothing hurts... So, maybe I really am ready for this event.
Total training miles since February = 626.... wow.... never in my wildest would I have imagined I'd walk that far to train for this 3 day, 60 mile event.
