5 Miles Today
The ragweed is particularly vicious this year and seems intent on reeking havoc with me. I tried Allegra, but it didn't help at all. So, I'm back to Benedryl which tends to make me nod off. Took one last night which made me sleep in a bit this a.m. At least I caught up on some sorely missed zzzzzzz's. But, even before my first cuppa Joe, I started with the sneezing and coughing again. So, I popped another Benedryl before tieing my sneakers and heading out into the ragweed ridden world. I will say that it did slow me down a bit. Luckily, I didn't end up in a heap on the sidewalk!
