Yoga & Water Aerobics
Started out this a.m. with 1.5 hours of yoga. When I got home, it wasn't raining so I added 45 minutes of water aerobics to todays training.... nothing newsy to report.... at least it was a "no sweat" day. Walking resumes tomorrow.
