0 Training Again Today
Got up in the a.m. and finished playing games in the casino. Net result was "in the red", but that is what I expected. That, and to have fun ~ which I did. Got home about 5:00 p.m. with Richard and Bogie anxiously waiting for me on the front porch. As good as it was to get away, there really is "no place like home Toto". Training starts in earnest again tomorrow.

0 Training Today
Not a single step, nor a single yoga pose and certainly no water aerobics today. Instead, I escaped reality for 24 hours with Janie. We went to the El Dorado casino in Shreveport and played the slots! And yeah, I was up, then down, then up, up, up and then crashing down. You know the old saying is true "what goes up must come down!" :o) Lost a little money in the end but, had a great time doing so.
