11 Miles Today
Walked to Janie's in Canyon Creek again this a.m. On the way home, while walking south on Custer over the creek bridge, I noticed a man on the other side of the street walking north. That's not particularly unusual, but he was pushing a lawnmower. And, that's not all that much out of the ordinary either. What was a bit odd is that the lawnmower was RUNNING. Well, I paused and looked back over my shoulder and he just kept on "mowing" (or not) the sidewalk as he continued north. You know, I've come to realize that real life is much more interesting walking at 4 m.p.h. vs. driving at 30 m.p.h.
