Left the 
house at 6:30 a.m. and walked to Canyon Creek and met up with two friends and continued walking the hills there for another mile or so. Left there and walked over to Richardson Regional to visit my friend who is fighting lung cancer. After that, I walked to mom's and popped in for a quick visit before heading home. All-in-all, I logged 11 miles ~ not hard walking today as the weather was overcast and it was a bit cooler than it has been recently.

Up to a grand total of $0.99 in coins found along my training paths...
Oh yes, training miles so far add up to 490.5!!!!
