Friday, July 20th - 4 miles
Got a late start this morning.... trotted a total of just 4 miles. Had 3 cars honk in support of my walking though. And, one neighbor saw me pass her house and came out yelling at me.... I stopped, turned around and she just had to tell me that she loved the newspaper article and has sent it on to two friends battling cancer. I also stopped by the fire station to fill one of my empty water bottles. The fire fighter was so kind (arent' they all?) and said to me, "you stop by here alot, don't you?" I did admit, yeah, usually to leave small gifts of food though and then I thanked him for the cold water and went on my way. Gosh, was it ever hot and humid today.

Thursday, July 19th - O miles
Spent the day helping cancer patients and also taking care of mom for the most part. No training.

Wednesday - July 18 - 0 Miles
Worked on the NETWORK of Communities fundraiser, visited a few cancer patients and took care of mom. No training.

Tuesday - July 17 - 0 Miles
Took mom to the doctor and ran errands. No training.

Monday - July 16 - 0 Miles
Took the day off from training since Saturday and Sunday were long training days.
