7.5 Miles Today
Headed out at 7:30 this morning. Walked to buddy Ann's house in Canyon Creek. It was cool up until about 8:30 then the heat and humidity appeared out of nowhere.... I have to tell you though, that a few months ago I bought some "wicking walking wear" (say that 10 times real fast, ha) at Target that helps keep you cool. I was a bit leery about it, but you know what? It really works... I was pretty sweaty, but my clothes were dry. Miracles do happen.
