0 Miles ~ Water Aerobics
Last night I filled the jacuzzi with hot water and dumped in a big glob of Batherapy (bought this during a training walk to Whole Foods months ago). This label on the bottle says "relax tired muscles.. sleep more soundly tonight". My legs were sore from Wednesday's new yoga positions combined with yesterdays 10 mile walk and this stuff really works. Legs felt great after and sleep was almost instantaneous. Maybe I should buy a case...
Back to training.... I spent about an hour in the pool this afternoon doing water aerobics. The workout was good and I should be in shape for tomorrow's 11 mile walk at the 3 Day Expo in Arlington. Even though this walk starts at 6:30 a.m., I have to leave the house by 5:00 a.m. to get there, waivers signed, warm up exercise, etc. It's only 7:15 p.m. right now, but maybe I should just go to bed since I'll be up around 4:00 a.m. Have to say I'm looking forward to meeting other 3 Day walkers. Last year, there were 2,000 walking, so if even half show up tomorrow, it should be exciting.
