Hiatus from walking in the sun continues today. Maybe I'll go for a midnight stroll (makes me think of that Patsy Cline song "I go out walking ~ after midnight" ha. First I need to find a nice hungry pit bull or Rottweiler for protection though.

Friday, June 1st ~ 0 Miles & 0 Yoga
Today turned into another errand day..... (plumber, landscaper, carpet cleaning contractor, etc.) Also fit in an unexpected trip to my internists' office. It seems as though my kidneys are vying for attention right now. I figured I'd just pop in to his office to avoid another potential hospital "incarceration" and sure enough, I walked out with a new Rx. This one says to "avoid extended exposure to sun", so for the next week, I'll be doing yoga and maybe the treadmill at the Richardson Senior Center.
