Yoga, no miles today
Went to yoga today. Hadn't been in a week and the hour and a half workout felt good. Although, I'll admit that I am a bit sore... I think yoga is something you really need to do at least twice a week, every week. Must work on that!
Wednesday, May 30 ~ 6.5 Miles
Met Alice and Pam at 7:00 a.m. Just as we headed out it started to rain. Since none of us had rain gear, we decided to stick close to the neighborhood so we could duck in somewhere if the predicted downpour should start early. We walked from Alice's house to my house on over to Cottonwood Park and then on to Pam's house. Pam has a really cool house too. She and her husband recently added 1 and a half stories to their house and now it has an impressive indoor climbing wall as well as a large cupola at the top of it all. A kids (or adults for that matter) dream house for sure!
After I got home, I had planned on walking an additional 3 miles, but the storm ended that idea. I just stayed in and watched the storm as it passed over.
Tuesday, May 29 ~ 2.5 miles
Not much walking today, sorry to say..... tomorrow looks more promising.
