I actually went 2.5 miles today... maybe I'm now "back on track" so to speak? I did make a small detour through a neighbors house though. They are just finishing a major renovation and it is absolutely outstanding. Nice to see other neighbors doing major landscape renovations as well. The weather was terrific today for walking but I cut it short a bit to spend several hours with a buddy at Baylor Dallas for a visit to "our" oncologist (we both use the same breast cancer oncologist) and for some tests she also needed.

Well, I didn't do much better today either. I went a whopping mile with Bogie. I promise to be better tomorrow!

OK... I need to fess up. I didn't get a chance to walk that day. Got busy with family for the holiday.
