Started out early this afternoon walking to the Land of Knowledge (a.k.a. the library). I have to say I felt smarter just walking through through the lobby! Maybe I should do that more often?

On the way home I stopped at Tom Thumb and got a samich from the deli. I decided to eat it there and ended up having a nice visit with several of the employees who were on break. That was special too as I see them often when I'm shopping and always say hello, but never get to chat. One employee I talked to has four kids; one just joined the military, one is in junior high and two are 17 year-old twins.... ahhhhhhhh!!

Later I did a quick half mile around of the neighborhood with my personal trainer, Bogie. Went a total of 4.5 miles today.
