Yoga Today
Started the day with medical tests and then went to a Richardson Chamber of Commerce luncheon featuring Linda Armstrong Kelly as the guest speaker. Her talk was "Rasing Lance, Raising Me". She spoke very well and although I do have her book "No Mountain High Enough", it was nice to hear her in person.

No walking today, but I did try a yoga DVD this evening. Have to say it's kinda hard to follow the moves when you're instructed to either look to the sky or bend forward from the waist and look to the floor much of the time. So, I ended up just doing positions I've learned over the pasts months from Bharati. Will make this DVD a last resort for training. I do have a VHS yoga tape to try also. Maybe it will be more user friendly.
