8 MILES TODAY ~ yippeeee! Weather was cool, overcast & windy..... never felt hot until I got home and put my feet up. On my way to visit my pal in east Richardson, I stopped at a 7-11 and bought scratch off lottery tickets. Haven't done that in years. Didn't win anything, but you never know. I'm still around after two decades of cancer ~ so miracles do happen!

Have to say that our pool looked mighty inviting this afternoon. But, knowing it would be a "cold" plunge, I opted for the jacuzzi instead. Legs and feet don't feel particulary sore or aching, but I think I'll try out the new Batherapy I bought the other day. Better safe than sorry as they say.

Bogie did the last two miles with me today

with ears & tongue flapping in the breeze.

After inhaling a bowl of water,

he is now happily snoozing in his bed.
